What’s the first thing I should do to my stock g37x?
This is my first car and I don’t know where to start. I want to eventually make it look better on the outside but I care more about improving the car first.

Welcome and congrats on the new car.
Hate to say it, but flipping through the “builds” section of this site and searching myg37 (literally type “myg37 what to do myg37” in Google) will give you some great insight into the common upgrades folks do once they get their G37. Suspension, wheels and tires, intakes and exhaust are probably the most common. Improving the car is pretty subjective, so your best bet is to find someone who may have a similar approach to yours (improve handling, power, aesthetics, etc), see what they’re done, and maybe connect with them to see if they’ve got more of a perspective to share.
