2012 g37xs sedan

Recently I've been hearing a low, groaning sound when im turning right. Ill try my best to replicate the sound through text.

*turns right*

Right Front wheel: ERRrrrrrrrrrrrrrr"

Im thinking its a cv joint but I'm not 100% sure. Just want to get and idea of what it is so I can see if I can just fix it at home instead of taking it to a shop.

CV or bearing most likely. Probably bearing I'd expect. Does it make the sound going left or just right?

 

Just right, turning left sounds normal to me

How often do you change oils ?
