Did anyone ever buy the JP CUSTOMS custom made tail lights?

I recently bought them for my 2010 sedan and am having issues if someone knows anything about them let me know? It’s brand new had it on few weeks and the left tail went out made sure it wasn’t my car. Had stock tails on right now but I can’t figure out what’s up. Maybe is there an app for these tail lights? I tried reaching out to JO Customs and just got one reply that one the app the setting is probably off or wrong. But I never got a hold of them again. So if anyone knows please lmk I spent a lot on these and would be a huge loss if it’s shot after a few weeks of having it on… Thanks guys!

Need Help with my custom tail lights

So I purchased these very expensive tail lights from JP CUSTOMs and after a couple of weeks my left tail just stopped working. I tested the connector and my old tail works on there. I sent so many email over the course of a few months trying. To get help but this guy only responded once saying I probably have to fix the setting in the “App” I don’t know which tail light app he was referring to so if anyone knows please let me know. But my tail light is not working and he won’t respond after the one time I got a response. 0 support. And I waited months for these tail lights smh. So if anyone can help it would be highly appreciated thank you!

Product support is often a problem with a small shop making custom parts. Worse yet, according to the "special message" on their website - https://jpcustomsllc.com - it appears they have stopped production and are getting out of the business. So you may be on your own. But ... tail lamps are not rocket science so it's possible YOU could fix it or find somebody else who could.

For example, if the left lamp is completely dark - no running light, turn signal or brake light - then maybe you've lost the ground which would be common to each circuit. Of course if you need to get inside the lamp to do any repairs it means cutting your way in which is tedious... I'm sure there are folks in here who know more about tail lamps than I do so standby for some better answers.
