Help With exhaust

I have a 2012 g37x sedan: stock engine and exhaust. My goal is for the car to have a deep, loud rev while keeping the iconic vq sound. In addition, I would like the exhaust to support a burble tune while in sport mode. Furthermore, I don't want a loud idle. The car should only be loud when I put my foot down. I have no idea what to do; however, I like to moterdyne exhaust + art pipe combo; however, I think that is a little too loud for me. I don't want a drone either.

Any suggestions?

I have the Stillen exhaust, it has virtually no drone, lower pitch idle, and you still get some trumpeting when you get on the gas. I'd recommend it.

Good luck,

Rick

I just needed to get that exhaust sound, and I didn’t want to spend crazy money for a catback. I went with an eBay muffler delete (140) and it looks basically stock. Just some 3” chrome tips. Sounds pretty on point though. Did make me realize just how damn small the stock exhaust piping for these cars is.
