I’ve been in the market for a cat back exhaust. I have an HKS Hi Power axel back that I’ve only had on for a few months but am already bored with it. I want something louder and more aggressive sounding. Which lead me to searching for sedan cat backs(aren’t very many) all are wayyyy too expensive. I found Speed Culture Studios custom cat back and really love the sound, but a lot of people are saying it’s relatively quiet. Does anyone have experience with only using the Borla Resonated X Pipe Muffler without the 2 additional Flow Master resonators? I want it loud enough to hear on the freeway with the windows down and get some pops out of it. Will adding the other 2 Flow Master resonators decrease sound volume by a lot? Or add a lot of rasp without them? I am also on stock cats. Is it worth the pain of the demon bolts to replace the stock cats? Sorry for all the questions I’m new to exhaust work. My main question is; Should I run only the Borla Muffler then straight 2.5inch all the way to the tips or Borla Muffler and 2 Flow Master resonators to the tips?

I ran a super 44 with berk test pipes for the longest time before I went to forced induction..I loved the way it sounded and the drone realy wasn't to bad..

I do however actually have a better option..check out paradox performance mufflers ..I run one now that I'm boosted and it is kick *** and absolutely 0 drone...I don't have video of I yet but I'll record one next time i have it out..
