Idk what is causing this noise but I've been hearing it a lot but don't know where it's coming from any suggestions?

Sounds like a pump whining noise. I usually hear mines when I'm low on gas.
Fill her up and see if you notice it.

Another thing that could make this noise is pin holes in the exhaust.

Both are non concerning and will get worse with time, pointing you in the right direction.

The hissing-like noise? My car does it as well I thought for sure I had an exhaust leak.. Have not gotten to diagnosing it yet.

Waiting for warming weather but plug 1 of your exhaust pipe and blow air on the other pipe using a shop vac, then spray soap around your y-pipe as I hear it is common for them to rust first. Look for air bubbles.

This is a great advice, it will keep the soapy water from evaporating as well as introducing enough pressure to show leaks if there are any.

It sounds like a hissing catalytic converter to me. Possibly just needs new gaskets and to be tightened up.
