2010 g37x front end clunking and squeaking.
Started about a week ago. When I'm driving there is no clunking. When I'm moving at a slower speed and turn the steering wheel it makes alot of squeaking. When I'm not moving the car and I just turn the steering wheel while parked it sounds like clunking when I turn either way and the squeaking it there the whole time.
Sounds like your CV Axle is failing.
I would get under car and inspect the CVs.
I would rule out a power steering pump or even the serpentine belt because you are feeling clunking. If it was just squeaking I would say it’s probably just the belt which is a 35 dollar part for a Gates one.
My money is on the CVs.

Check steering rack for leaks. Mine failed on one side and was making the same noises. As Noogie mentioned, it could also be an axel. The CV boots on the front axels tend to rip from time to time and give your underbody a nice spray of tar-like grease.
