2010 G37 has p0301 misfire code

My 2010 G37 engine light on, checked by an infinity dealer, said there is p0301 misfire code, needs new engine! Is any way the problem can be fixed instead of replacement of new engine? If anyone can give your suggestion, I will very appreciate.

Get a second opinion from another shop that is not the dealership. Dealer service departmens are an extension of their sales department. They have a lot of incentive to tell you you need big, expensive repairs to coax you into just buying a new car.
