Did I buy wheels that don’t fit my car?

I have a 2013 g37xs sedan. I bought these Infiniti wheels and tires thinking that they would fit my car. They look way too big. They are 265/60/18. It’s to late to try them on. Does anyone know what these wheels look like they came off of?
I was hoping to keep the rims and sell the tires.
Can anyone chime in?

SUV series wheels and tires. They could fit, but you'll rub like crazy and probably won't be able to turn the tire.

May work if you put on lower profile tires.

Out of curiosity, you already have 18" Sport Sedan wheels on your xS (assuming the car has OEM wheels.) How are these 18" wheels any better?

Wow, that is a lot of sidewall!

Hey fellow Canadian.... This may be helpful...

Used on:
Infiniti FX35 2009-2012
Infiniti FX37 2009-2013
Infiniti FX50 2009-2013
Infiniti QX70 2014-2017

18 x 8 with 50mm offset

If you put on a 225-50-18 they should work well.

OE Part Number: D0C001CB2A, D03003EV1A

I was going to use them as a winter wheel set up. I might take the tires off and get a proper fitting snow tire but afraid the rim might be too wide. What do you think?

With proper sized tires, should be fine. Compare the size and offset to OEM sport sedan wheels. If anything, they might be a little bit tucked. They could be nice winter wheels.

Why think?

They'll more or less fit like stock sport wheels.
