Nope. Google "G37 Bolt Pattern".

Create better thread titles.

Yep, that's a thing. Nothing wrong with spacer adapters when mounted properly. As long as you can manage the poke.

Could cause problems down the road because if the adapters aren't SUPER thick, you'd have to trim down your factory lug bolts so the wheels sit flush on the adapters.

Most wheels have space between the holes, making that a non-issue. I use 15mm spacer adapters in the winter, and the OEM bolts are more like 25mm long, which is the problem you're describing. But there's space between the holes of my winter wheels, which supports the length of the bolts. And if you use open, flat-top lug nuts, even better.

Here, I've got a pic for that. Love this photo, not sure why... macro shots are cool. Anyway, I use these for about 5 months every winter.

I'd just buy wheels that have the right bolt pattern. There are probably thousands of wheels with the correct bolt pattern because it is so common. Buying the wrong wheels, just to have to buy adapters would be like buying tires and wheels that are too big then having to lift the car like a 4x4 truck.
