Front plate bracket removal process?

Front plate bracket removal process?
I checked the back of the front plate and it’s not
drilled into the bumper, it looks like the holder has clips that hold onto the lower grille. Does anyone know how to remove this on the Sport sedan bumpers? I dont wanna snap anything
I believe this part number is for the plate holder that’s on my car: 962101NH0A
