G37S Sedan Headlights
G37S Sedan Headlights
Hey so i have a 2009 G37 sport sedan, and i have absolutely HORRID headlights. So i bought aftermarket “lasfit” LED headlight bulbs to try and fix it. Well they looked good and were ok for a while; didn’t really fix it very well, but the whitish blue just looked great. Then, I decided to try to DIY restore the headlights with the whole RainX sanding and restoration kit, and it helped a little bit, but right now it is so terrible, i almost can’t drive at night time. I took it to the infiniti dealership about a year ago and they said “there’s nothing wrong, and if there was, we couldnt fix it”, which i knew was BS, so yesterday i took it to the nissian dealership to see what they had to say, and they said that it is probably a ballast issue which they currently have with the Maxima and that all you can do is replace it, and so now im left with, either spend 600-1000$ to get OEM ones that dont look very good, or try to find a set of aftermarket lights that look super good and that are bright, but sadly i cannot find any that fit my search, they have tons for the coupe, but i know i have seen some amazing looking G sedans with cool headlight, so im trying to find anyone that has a place that sells them or has bought some.

180 custom does full headlight systems...they'll run around 800-1k however. Which is why I'm not ordering a set from them. It they were 500 we'd be talking a different story. Not sure why our HID headlights are so expensive compared to other OEM's.
Some nice things here:

Haven't purchased from either of them but have been keeping them in mind while I work on other things before I go heavy into the car modding.
