Horsepower
For awd sedans specifically, the bottleneck by the muffler is the tightest of any G variants, so catback exhaust goes a long way. Cats are the next big restriction. For intakes you can get away with swapping K&N filters into the OEM airboxes and swapping the bendy-straw plastic tubes for smooth silicone ones. If you wish to go cold-air, Z1 or Admintuning give some of the best results. Admintuning has a 3" option with upgraded throttle bodies. Headers and ported intake manifold would be the next mod. Keep in mind, the drivetrain loss on the awd g is pretty significant. You can do the above and reach 400 crank (340 wheel) on a rwd G/Z, but on awd, you get to about 315 wheel. This is with a tune btw.
Just for comparison sake, I have short ram intakes with custom airbox heatshields, y-pipe back exhaust, and ported intake manifold. I'm making 280 wheel on uprev. Baseline was 265 wheel. About to do y-pipe and z1 CAI, so stay tuned for results.
Hope this helps get you started. Consider $/horsepower value. The general rule of thumb is cold air intakes, catback exhaust, and high flow cats/testpipes give the best bang for your buck. Anything above, you really have to consider if it's worth the investment on an aging platform.

If you have a windows laptop, get in touch with Admin Tuning. Moncef can do it remotely, just give him a list of the mods you have.
For high-flow cats, there are a few options, Berk is proven not to throw any codes for AWD.
For exhaust, there are a bunch of options. Check out the Sedan Exhaust thread to go deeper into it. The main AWD limiter is the y-pipe. If youre on a budget, you can get the topspeed pro 1 y-pipe back exhaust (it's essentially a tanabe replica) and a y-pipe that fits awd (i believe mega racing makes one). Ark has a really nice awd exhaust if your budget allows for it. Stillen is a good middle ground. There are a few others, but these are proven options.

John Kerr in Carlisle PA is worth making the drive to see if you're in WV. He did my car and with BOs I made 315whp and 262wtq. Very friendly guy and explains everything. Highly recommend checking him out
