Question B pillar "finishing trim" water mark spots?

Hello, forum

I just got back from washing my car at my usual spot(pun intended), and I noticed some irremovable water marks on my B pillar finishing trim. Attached are pics of the affected passenger side, the OKAY driver side, and a profile/interior pic for self mutilation should you be so inclined.

Any idea how to remove these marks/spots? They appear to be under the finish, as I cannot feel them or remove them buy rubbing.

On to the photos.

This affected side feels to the touch as smooth as the unaffected side.

Simple.

Clean but daily driven.

I appreciate all of the input. If I have to remove them, so be it.

Best,
Banshee

Shine Armor has a scratch and swirl remover that I've used for this same thing. Ive also used it on the chrome bezel that goes around the windows and have gotten water spots off with it.. Use a microfiber cloth, put a pea size drop and work it in to a small area. Like 2"×2" then just use clean side of microfiber cloth and buff off. If you have small surface scratches or the like around the car this will take them out. Stuff works great. Shinearmor.com

I've got a polish compound already. Guess I'll give that a try.

I always thought the B-pillar was just gloss black vinyl over painted sheet metal, and clear-coated.
