Just bought a 2012 g37x with 113k

My question is the car had 0 service history (with 113k) so i went ahead and flushed the front and rear diff as well as the transfer case. Im unsure if i should drain and fill the transmission now? Im worried i flush it and then i start having problems with slipping etc. Had an infiniti guy behind a desk tell me that this was a thing of the past. only older transmissions have this problem. Im weary of this so im looking for input! Appreciate it guys.

If it was me and I didn't know when anything had been done at that mileage I'd probably do a trans drain and refill, do the coolant, brake fluid, differential, tf case. Maybe someone else will chime in

I've been on this board since 2014 off and on, don't recall any reports of trans fluid replacement causing slippage. Now, DO NOT power flush the trans, that can cause junk to break loose and clog valve body channels.

thanks for the info, going to be doing a standard drain and fill once it warms up a bit. I do understand we need to have the trans at a certain temp while doing this service. Ive researched extensively on how to do it. Just havent known if i should lol. Appreciate it guys

yeah, agree with ^^^^ KIMChee, as even with mine at dealer at ~60k miles, they recommended only doing a drain and refill not a flush...it may be an "older" car issue, but why take the risk at this point...do the drain and see how she drives...actually, have someone , open up the fill hole and check the fluid condition and that will give you a good idea on the how really is ...maybe some maintenance was completed just no paper trail etc...good luck

Be sure to watch the drain/fill procedure in the DIY forum, or search the Youtubes.
