Not all CVTs are crap. Our 2018 Forester transmission is a perfect fit for that car. Not so much for the (retired) xT model, but exactly right for the 170 hp NA boxer.

Nothing wrong at all liking the crossovers. There's a reason why they're dominating.

 

My bad... Saw rdx, read it as mdx... The rdx is the smaller one then? Still pretty heavy at #3800.

The accord does ok with the cvt, but still need to plan ahead. Seats become like hard boards after 100 miles.

 

Yeah I got the RDX. The MDX has an aging interior and exterior design.

 

Very nice! I picked up a 2013 RDX a few months back for winter/grocery shopping/road trips but love the look of the new ones so much more. It's so weird going from a (slightly) lowered coupe to an RDX. I feel like I'm driving a monster truck then I get back in the G and feel tiny. Enjoy!
