275 front tires causing steering slop?
I recently installed a 370z 19x10 +30 square setup on my 2007 sedan with 275/35 tires. Since the new wheels and tires it seems like my steering wheel has developed a slight dead spot in the center of the steering whee and the car gets pulled on the road if their are ruts or large grooves. I’m assuming this is normal given the size of the tire but is their anything I can do to fix it?

275s in the front holy chit.
a the only way to reduce it is to get a less wide tire for the front but with a 10" wide wheel in the front you can't really go too narrow
post some pics of that bad boy. I wanna see what 275s look like in the fronts

Any time you run wider than stock tires, you'll lose steering feel. The pulling you're feeling from ruts, grooves and other imperfections is called tramlining (https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tiret....jsp?techid=47) - it's just another side effect. I run 275s all around too, and you just get used to it. I'm sure someone who knows better can chime in with a fix, and I'll probably do the same as you if that happens.

A setup after my own heart, really nice OP!
I'm running 285s out back in a staggered configuration now but was considering going 275 square in the spring on G35 rays (all rears), but I'm probably just gonna settle for 255s as the rays are a bit narrow for them and the cost of 265s is crazy for some reason...
If I had your 10" Z wheels I would be very happy but would add a bit of negative camber to tuck the wheels a bit better and I would think introducing a touch more negative camber up front might reduce the tramlining too...good luck and post up updated pictures when you get it sorted.
Also the steering feel may not just be because of the wider tires tramlining, its probably due to the increased weight of the wheels and tires...those bigger wheels can easily add a lot of lbs over stock

I'm on a coupe, so the offsets won't necessarily help. The suspension is the same though, so it should feel the same. 18x9.5 +25 with 275/40s. Yours should theoretically feel sharper than mine, due to the shorter sidewall and better fit on the tires. 275s like a 10inch wheel, and the slight stretch helps it.
It'll look real good once you lower it a bit. Just roll the fenders flat in the front and you shouldn't have any issues at all.

Thanks, I plan on lowering it with the coilovers and using camber to tuck the wheels. I found this product to help with front end stability. Anyone ever try it?

I thought about going with 245s for the front. It is funny most cars don't have more than 225 in the front, even some of the Ferrari's and Lambos. I love the wheels I usually see wheels on those cars that have much less metal than most other cars. Granted they might be forged, but those cars are usually pulling at least 500 hp, while a lot of other cars have less than half the hp.
