Ark Grip catback with Kinetix HFC = really bad rasp?
hey guys I recently got my cat back put on mated to my kinetix hfc. I realize with any type of hfc or test pipes you’ll get some rasp but mine is so bad and very loud rasp! Louder then if I had none resonated test pipes! I’ve heard so many other cars with cat backs with hfc’s and they have such little to no rasp, even people with test pipes don’t sound this bad, anyone know why??

Maybe you could post a sound clip if its worse than what you'd normally hear?
Otherwise if you think theres something causing it, first and easiest thing to check for is exhaust leaks around the HFC or elsewhere in the exhaust for that matter.

Of course it doesn’t sound that bad in video , it’s so much worse driving , then just Reeving it in neutral. The rasp becomes twice as loud when you’re actually driving you can hear it alittle bit in the video but not much :/
