I actually had too much cable and had to maneuver it so it wouldn't touch the serpentine belt, or not look atrocious. So yeah it fits fine. I started with the shortest cable and ended with my longest just to be safe, and it worked out fine. 29.7mpg going to work today, but it is a 27 mile mostly freeway commute.

From what I understand the stillen grounding kit is 8gauge and what I bought was 4 gauge. I prefer the thicker wire. Really what your paying for is the stillen name

lol $100 for some wires. Realistically, a spool of wire and some crimp on connectors is only like $10-15.

That's why I was fine paying $20 for mine on Amazon. :P

I have some extra cables left over from my DIY. I might be able to put together a few kits and sell them to anyone that is interested. They are 4 gauges.

I did the following change to that DIY kit.
No battery to chassis cable, another search on the forum found that the battery - chassis ground will cause the voltage module malfunction and shorten the battery and alternator lifespan. See post #5 in this link:
https://www.myg37.com/forums/g37-cou...ml#post2917296

Add 4 gauge power cable from alternator to battery positive
add 8 gauge throttle body grounding cables for both sides.

I'm trying to visualise this, can you post pictures of your wiring routing/hook up points?...also just so I'm clear all your grounding wires are 4 gauge except for the the throttle body grounding cables?

Thanks for the support. I don't have time to put this together until 2 weeks later. I will create a separate post for this.

Hashim, yes, all 4 gauges except throttle body grounding.
