I dont used my spare keyfob and i had to change my primary keys battery
decided to change both, but the spare keyfob i think has lost its programing to the car.

anyone have the procedures to reprogram the spare?

 

Insert the key fob into the charging port in the car.

You should also check if the battery was installed correctly. And make sure battery has charge.

 

^^It's not a charging port. Just a port that energizes the passive antenna so the car can start.

 

I had a problem like that. Had just replaced the battery in my car and tried my spare keyfob to open and unlock. It didn't work. So I replaced the battery in the keyfob. But while it didn't seem to fix it right away, after a day or so I tried it again and now it works. That's funny.
