Ouch, so sorry to hear of that unfortunate event
Hope all is well regarding your health after that accident.

Hopefully the driver had insurance and you'll get proper compensation, and possibly find another G so you can hang with us some more. And if so, maybe this one won't have as many concerns.

Best of luck w/ this and keep us posted on how things end up.

Thank you guys for your support. I for sure will be sticking with a G. My wish is to find a 6mt G37s sedan, but finding a G37s is hard let alone a 6mt g37s. Unfortunately the insurance is playing some pretty hard games with me (the other parties insurance). It has been almost a week since we last spoke and still no phone call. Initially they tried to put 30% liability on me....but their reasoning was simply a joke and I let them know it. Sent them pictures afterwards to prove a point, so we will see what happens. I might end up asking for more $$$ because it's getting pretty damn painful to wait and they demonstrated some negligence in sifting through evidence.

Do you think if you had a front and rear dash cam that it would have been enough evidence for the insurance company?

is this the insurance company of the person who hit you? Just call your insirance company and let them have their lawyers deal with it. Insurance companies are always playing games like this. I got hit by a drunck driver in 2008 and they tried to claim shared fault.

Easily, because it happened at a 4-way stop sign. Woman ran the her stop sign. Police report stated that she said she just didn't see me. This makes sense, as I was slowly moving forward (new car, I was taking my time on this one), and she was barely pulling in. I expect that she was on her phone or something, stopped and went without checking. I was already treading forward before she even came to a full stop however, so it's completely her fault. The fact she told the CHP officer she didn't see me just ends it there....

But insurance is insurance. Their excuse was a joke.

EDIT: Oops I thought I was replying to qMantran.

@Victory: Yeah it's their insurance. My insurance told me deal with it and if there is any dispute, they will take over. However their insurance did not get back to me yet after I showed them the evidence. They are really stalling hard core. So there is no official dispute yet.
