New Catalytic Converter for P0420 Code

I got a P0420 code for catalytic inefficiency on my 09 G37x. I read the code and this is for bank 1. which is passenger side based on my search. What are some of your recommendation on replacing this part? I don't want to spend close to $1k dollars to do one side with OEM part since my car already has over 100k miles on it. Is there more economical solution to this problem?

I thought about that. But then, does that mean I will have to replace both sides?

Where are you located? OEM cats come up in the forum classifieds from time to time.

$1,000 for 1 oem cat

or

$500 for 2 high flow cats and you gain power. Hard decision.

Some cars still get a P0420 with hi flow cats. Are Infiniti's one of them?

Had a 2008 Acura TL with deleted cats for straight pipes. Never had a check engine light. Thanks to defoulers.

Got fast-intentions high flow cats with defoulers on my G37 and never had a P0420. However I got a P2A03 code because my driver side high flow cat developed a crack.

I did buy my high flow cats used from another member and installed them Dec 2015 and put about 40,000 miles on them.
