Door seal

Can anyone tell me what this is called a door seal or something else and about how much to replace it? Do I have to use the dealer to replace?

It's a door weatherstrip. They cost about $150. They are held on with T-shaped push pins, a track on top, and a couple of spots of weatherstip adhesive. The track is a bit of a pain, but it's not too bad of a DIY job.

Those T - Shaped push pins break easily as well.

All of my doors have some sort of issue. I cant keep the drivers tucked in on the vertical window area. Guess I need to find some adhesive for it...
