Usually you will have problems at the gas pump. The pump will run for a couple of seconds, shut off, run, shut off, so on and so forth. That is not the only sign, but a common one.
On this same note, once the pump shuts off, do not keep filling your car people. It can overfill the evap canister and lead to issues. Just a quick tip for the day.

Thank you for the clarification on this. Mine 2010 just started doing this a couple of weeks ago and I got my letter Wednesday and did not really understand what it was related to. I will be taking it to the dealer ASAP.

Evaporative Emissions tube
Quick update on this, called Lake Norman Infiniti, scheduled an appointment, but ending up cancelling. The lady I spoke with in the service dept (who was zero help) told me that if you take your car in to get tested, there are some rules:
-Car must have a 1/4 of a tank of fuel in order for the test to be done properly
-If the technician identifies the problem, then the tube is replaced under warranty
-If the technician does NOT identify the problem, it is a $125 charge for the testing and it will not be replaced
I think that is ridiculous on the behalf of Infiniti. It should be replaced automatically if any symptoms have occurred (Has happened to me occasionally). Probably will not have it done now, unless it becomes a serious problem.

Maybe the lady I spoke to was having a bad day or something, but that's what it sounds like. I might swing by tomorrow and speak with someone higher up, but mine is not throwing a CEL like yours.
