Raccoon takes out washer reservoir, how to get to it to fix?

Yes, a raccoon committed the final sacrifice under my car the other night, and caused almost zero cosmetic damage (some scratches under the right lip) but somehow managed to impact my right front fender lining to the point where he knocked out one of the plastic rivets, and broke my WW reservoir.

So my question is , how do I get to the dang thing to fix it? Can anyone point my in the right direction, or provide advice? I have no idea how to effectively get to the thing - do I need to drop the bumper? Come in from underneath, and drop the plastic undershroud? From above, you would have to take out the left intake, and then it is still all the way at the bottom. I'd love to get to it to take a look before taking it to a shop, I feel it's probably a loose hose, or a connector, or just a crack. I'd rather not pay a shop 200-300 dollars to replace it.
