Ark GRiP, Stillen, or Motordyne? I know all three of these are great. Just now in the market for one after four years and wanted to get some feedback concerning the good, the bad, and ugly if any with each.
Ark- $1600
Stillen - $1200
Motordyne - $2000 (Really?)

You should add Fast Intentions to that list. Great sound, not overly loud, and looks discreet. Doesn't have those huge pipes hemholtz pipes and large tips that you can see from the back end. The only downside is that they are made to order and usually means a couple months wait. If your sedan is AWD the Fast Intentions is a great option as well because they bolt right on. As far as I know, Motordyne and Ark do not fit AWD without modifying the y-pipe.
Just RWD Sedan, I'm leaning towards Stillen at the moment being the cheapest and as long as Stillen is just as loud or a little louder than stock I would be happy with that. Stillen is claiming 19HP Increase on Dyno. You call BS?
If you don't want a loud exhaust check out the Invida Q300.
I have the stillen. Came in a box uninstalled when I bought my G. I drove the car stock for a few weeks before I had a chance to install it. Really only heard the engine noise stock, no exhaust tone at all that I could tell. That said, I think the Stillen system sounds great. It rumbles a bit on cold start up but settles in to basically stock at idle. Cruising on the freeway there's no drone at all. If you didn't know the difference you wouldn't think anything had been done to it. About 3k and on it wakes up and really sounds good. I've only heard it from inside the car, but I love the sound. Not obnoxious, just a clean and refined exhaust note.
I don't have experience with the others listed but from an install perspective I was really impressed too. Perfect fit and straightforward job. Took me less than two hours by myself with just hand tools in my driveway. Fit and finish is really nice too. Build quality is top notch.
Take my opinion for what it's worth. I haven't seen the others, but no complaints.

Ark and Motordyne for the most exotic sound, hands-down. But ricey looks and high price.
Stillen for the OEM sport exhaust that never existed.
Fast Intentions for consistent sound, beautiful components, and exceptional build quality.
GTHaus for top-shelf bragging rights, completely deserved.

Personally, Motordyne, Fast Intentions, and Ark are on my list. I like the sound of all, I've heard a lot of issues with motordyne fitment with AWD (my problem, not yours) and Ark sounds great but rubs pretty bad if lowered and like Rochester mentioned, it has a look to it that I don't like being associated with. Fast Intentions seems to be 8/10+ in every category from build, sound, clearance, and price. So far, they are my front runner if I stay NA
I have a stillen catback exhuast paired with the stillen gen3 cai, I really do like this setup. 1. It is not overly loud and 2. keeps the stock sound mostly but you do get additional growl and rumble when starting engine, driving at constant speeds and you really get the enhanced sound when you give it healthy acceleration. From what I heard, Stillen is known to not stray far away from the stock sound for the G37 setup. The other brands like FI and Motordyne were just too loud for my taste but they do sound bad ***. Here are 2 vids for you. Also, sorry for the huge square in the one video, had to block my plate # as the video was posted elsewhere.

Motordyne will be releasing and AWD version within the next 4-6 weeks.
Ark performance already has an AWD coupe and Sedan specific exhaust.
Stillen sounds great. Really opens up the car and makes it sound like a VQ. In terms of loudness, it's almost stock at idle with a slight little rumble at the back of the car. Really opens up at wot but not overly loud. You can hear the exhaust pop a bit if you're looking for it while rev matching at higher rpms with the windows up. When I test drove my car (which was the only g37 I drove), I didn't even notice that the Stillen exhaust was installed. When I brought the car home, it came with the oem exhaust installed and I still did not notice a difference from the test drive and daily driving the car, shifting at ~3k. However, at about half throttle or so around 3.5-4k rpms and up, you can tell it's aftermarket.
+1 Fast Intention.
The price sits just right, with its build quality and sound. If you're one of those people that enjoys hearing exhaust of their own car, while driving; get non-resonated. (I have 18" res).
Motordyne and GThaus; I heard them in-person and man, it's very loud . . . louder than how videos depicted. But for $2,000+ for exotic noise? Ehh... I guess worth...?
