Hello fellow G37'ers,

While I know there is an option, it seems to involve drilling behind the license plate and cutting the bumper cover (under the car).

This is the installation video that shows how you have to drill and cut to mount this hitch:

Would anyone know of a trailer hitch that does not require drilling and cutting the bumper cover?

For about $50 you can make your own.

DIY Trailer Hitch applies to the Coupe, but I would think the sedan would have enough room to allow this also.

 

Is your car manual or auto? I would think the indecisive shifting of the AT would not make this a good tow pig

 

It is AT but I only plan to put a bike rack on it.
