License Plate Frame that does not rust?

I do not really like the looks of the OEM Infiniti License plate frames. When I find aftermarket ones that I like, I read reviews and there are comments about rusting.

Anyone on here utilize a company that make aftermarket license plate frames that do not rust? I am in the rustbelt, so that is important.

What should I look for in a license plate frame to know if it is rust resistant? What material should it be made out of?

I have a simple black frame from auzone, front and rear... it hasn't rusted. As long as it's painted it shouldn't rust. Or if its made from aluminum or plastic. The only rust problem i have is the actual bolts that hold it on, mine look nasty.

I have a very basic $2 plastic frame in black that will never have to worry about rust.

Buy a basic black frame that comes with caps for the screws. Won't have to worry about rust again. I use this:

Simple black Cruise plate frame, with SS countersunk bolts inside gunmetal finish fender washers. The frame is good for a couple of years before the finish starts to fade, at which point you buy a new pair. Costs almost nothing.

Do you know the bolt type for the plate? I've been meaning to change my rusty ones.
