Spent the whole day cleaning the exterior. I told the dealership I didn't want them to clean it when they got it in, and that I would do it. Of course the sales manager pretty much pleaded with me to let them detail it (I think it was because it's on their survey that's sent out by corporate). But when I got the car the previous dealership had taken the shipping plastic off but left a ton of adhesive residue on the paint. So I've spent most of the day cleaning that off.

Thanks Brad. I'm trying not to have too much fun. I've been going back and forth on the window trim. If I black the window trim out then I'd have to do the grill, door handles, and trunk, plus the emblems. Part of me wants to do it but have it painted obsidian to match the rest of the car, and part of me doesn't mind it, although I'm sure that'll change once I get the windows tinted.
