I wouldn't call it Heavily Modified... looks like wheels and springs to me. I would be more worried about the rebuilt status.... if you do go for it, may I suggest paying the $100 for an alignment as it may say you headache down the road. A good alignment shop will point out any unibody damage or obvious repair. It's pretty tough to make that perfect.
