I was checking up something else and came across this sections of parts. Looks to be different part numbers for a few items depending if it is a sedan with "AWD with Sport Tuned" or "AWD w/o Sport Tuned"

It could be for the xS coupe. That actually has some worthy upgrades to consider it a "Sport" model.

Actually that is not it. The coupe has different part numbers than the sedan. This is definitely sedan specific.

I think I read somewhere that the steering ratio on the sport was slightly different or that the wheel felt heavier or something to that effect. Would make sense if it was weighted differently.

Lists same 16.4:1 steering ratio for the base as the X. Same for the journey if you search for that model.

Unfortuntately, it does not list anything for the Journey with sport package or the X with sport. However, according to motortrend:

Despite not getting the quicker steering ratio that the G37 S gets, the G37x S still feels plenty sporty, though it would be nice if the turning radius hadn't increased by nearly a foot.
