Anyone else have problems with ribber and plastic?

(Meant to say Rubber Lol)
I have an 2013 sedan and the black plastic below the windshield wipers is fading really bad (You can't really tell in theses pics) Also The rubber around the sunroof and roof is doing the same thing. Damn car is only three years old.

Silicone spray (into an applicator first) on all the weatherstripping, once or twice a year.

Tire Gel on black plastics as needed. Yes... tire gel.

This stuff will restore any black trim to near new condition: https://www.amazon.com/Chemical-Guys.../dp/B001TJWO4Q

In addition to wheel wells and rubber trim, I also use it on the bottom of the door panels/trim where people kick/scratch the plastic getting in and out of the car. Smells good too.

I'll have to check it out. I bought some kind of stuff for my car. The package came in and I guess I'll have to try and find it.. I forget the name of it.
