I recently had my crack reared bumper replaced on my 2013 G37x with rear parking sensors.
It was $510 unpainted and $525 paint and labor from a high-end body shop. You can probably do it cheaper, but you get what you pay for.
What do the scratches look like? Sometimes, repainting isn't necessary.
