The thing is, when they(the mechanic) were installing, he took 3 hours and half. The representative told me that its taking longer bc they want to 'made sure' to drill right place. He told me the mechanic and himself played around with the templates. The mechanic who worked on my car clearly did not have experience installing the spoiler.
I got my car back with my money back so I'm OK

It starts off w/ bad tape, then the spoiler is warped, etc.
One thing I do know is this, right before you pull the tape backing, the spoiler must be tight to the body in all places. Anyone w/ experience installing a spoiler would know this, if it's not fitting properly at that point you don't continue installing.
Again, hope it all works out in the end OP.
Update 7/13
So I took my car to other dealership for inspecting possible corrosion repair and I showed them my spoiler.
I asked them if can fix it and the adviser(or a manager bc he was wearing different shirt . Not sure) told me that he should cover under my CPO elite extended warranty.
I did not mention that I bought it from a private seller nor the incident I had with other dealership.
He told me to bring the car in next week.
Should I mention about the spoiler? Do you guys think they will know about what happened?
I mean, if I didn't brag about the spoiler at the other place in first place, it would meant that 'I brought the OEM spoiler and the dealership installed it'. Infiniti would not install non-OEM products on my car without my permission anyways(which they failed if the spoiler is really non-OEM). They told me they won't install any non-OEM which means the mechanic inspected the product(which they failed again) and installed it (and again).
However, I'm not sure if this new dealership can look up my car(maybe service history).
I wouldn't mind if they tell me if they cant do it but I'm worried if they take it off the spoiler(probably break it) and tell me that its not a OEM and they cant do it.
What should I do?

Sounds rather risky... warranty or not, you already had one dealership seemingly mess up your spoiler for free. At the very least I would probably explain the entirety of the situation to them and if they are still willing to do the work, talk directly to who will be doing it and make sure they have a clue as to what they are getting into. Perhaps even push your luck and ask if you can be present (not sure the dealer will allow this, but other smaller shops will do this sometimes) so you can both observe and learn.
If you plan on having the dealership do any future service such as regular maintenance and other items that may come up then you might try to get some camaraderie w/ the guy.
Let him know you plan on bringing future work to his shop and just say you've had problems w/ the spoiler fitment. It is an OEM spoiler, so you do have that going for you. If you don't feel right not giving him the entire story then by all means just lay it all out there. You said he already saw your car, so I would assume he already assessed the spoilers' condition and their ability to get it corrected.
If you don't plan on bringing anything his way then like Kid mentioned, just let him know what happened and see what they can do for you.
It does sound like you found a better place, good luck!

Dropped off my car today to fix lots of stuff including the spoiler. I did not inform the service consultant about what happened from last dealership. If they find out they will call me, if not, they will just replace them. The service consultant was very nice and he was sure that it will be covered/replaced. Lets see what will happen!
Update - Picking up my car today.
Unfortunately they won't fix my spoiler.. o Well! Worth a try.
I'm going to have to do it myself.
Do you guys know how to remove the black plastic mounting nuts/trunk lid bumper rubber under the trunk?
