Please Help!! So MAD! Dealer issue - Rear Trunk Spoiler
I bought a after market spoiler a few years ago and had the same problem. The double sided tape didn't hold because the spoiler was a little warped. Installed it myself. I did a test fit before but it looked like it was good. But it sounds like you're getting on their nerves when the blame is on the spoiler. Luck for me the seller sent me another one and all was good. They are being nice by offering you a refund so take it and just order another spoiler and put it on yourself. They already drilled the holes for you. Just be sure to not move the spoiler once the tape touches the car cause that will weaken it's bond.
I agree with mummy, it's the spoiler fault. Take the refund and do it yourself the right way. And the dealer drilled the holes for you! Now if they drilled the holes and put some touch up paint around the holes they are doing it the right way. Just take your time to take the thing off and install it yourself. If the spoiler is broken it's only $75.
Well it's total speculation at this point, Mummy you said you bought an aftermarket spoiler, these are notorious for poor fitment (generally speaking). The spoiler in question is a OEM part than no one has had trouble with (at least known on the site).
I'm still siding w/ a poor install until proven otherwise, to me that's easier to explain than a warped OEM spoiler, I have yet to read of anyone receiving a OEM spoiler that didn't fit true. I've heard of ones damaged in transit w/ broken tabs, and in my case a cracked spoiler.
At any rate, just hope OP is able to get this matter resolved and get his G looking proper again.
Keep us posted.

Before they installed the camera, it was 100% straight from the outside and through the camera.
After the installation, the camera looked little tilted to right (not significant but can tell) and it indeed looked tilted to right through camera as well.
The seller is contacting the infiniti today, it probably won't change the options the manager gave me so I probably take the refunds. i will keep you guys updated.
From your OP:
"He did tell me that there is a sticker on the inside of the spoiler that said something to the effect of blemished, no guarantees, no returns. He said he did not remove that sticker, so it is still there. That sticker is not on a new genuine spoiler from Infiniti."
Did you ask the seller about that sticker? Was there anything in the ebay auction to suggest the spoiler was anything other than brand new, OEM?

I mean if it wasn't, and if the seller knew about it, he wouldn't even try to help me out. I'm currently waiting on his response.

I dont think that sticker would mean that it's not an OEM part. During my install I saw the sticker to but took it as if the spoiler is blemished or damaged based on the customers part that he will not guarantee a refund. Not the the spoiler may be damaged or have blemishes or is used to that effect. The only bump I ran into installing the spoiler was getting the chrome trunk button to line up properly, in my case I didn't drill holes so I just kept aligning and installing it without exposing the tape so I would be able to do so. Until I was able to get the button functional. I cant remember what exact hole, but I think I used the First available hole going towards the passenger side direction.
If i was you buddy, I would get my money back from the Dealer. See if you can remove the spoiler without damaging it. And see if the seller would be willing to swap it out for one. You will need to swap it out cause the tape on the one you have now will probably be no good. Unless you want to go to the process of just keeping it and replacing the tape with something from 3m or the shorts. Good luck man and sorry for all your troubles.

I think just getting a refund is the best choice I got. As long as I get those tapes apart clean, I can just unscrewed the drilled part and possible remove it from the trunk unharmed.
And most auto supply stores carry the 3m tape, just be sure to get the narrower roll, not sure but maybe 3/8" to 1/2" wide.

Update 7/11 1PM
Sent an email to the manager saying I want my money back and probably install it by myself or somewhere else. Also asked if the seller ever contacted him.
I have not heard from the seller of the spoiler as of yet. If I do, I will let you know. I can issue you a refund on your card when you arrive to pickup the vehicle. Just please understand that I cannot be responsible for anything else at that point. I understand that other parties may like to place blame on the installation, and if I were to remove the spoiler and find that to be the case, I would have no problem taking care of everything. However, if the spoiler is removed elsewhere, I cannot make any further repairs or payment based off of another's opinion. If you would like to buy the factory spoiler, I will still put it on at no charge at this point.
I do appreciate your business, and I obviously want this situation resolved for you. Please understand that I cannot make any further judgements unless I remove the spoiler here. Unfortunately, I would not be able to reinstall the current spoiler after removal. I do believe you have received a warped spoiler from your supplier, and that is indeed why we cannot get it to sit flush on the trunk as it should. I do completely trust the opinions of the shop team leaders that inspected the install job, and yes, they have installed many spoilers themselves. If you would like to reconsider, please let me know.
Best Regards,
Plot Twist: Manager was the seller. lol. Jk.
I am done with this hassle and I'm ready to pick up my car.

Just picked up my car. I've been missed it.
I am going to try to correct it myself first then move to local bodyshop if I can't.
Thank you everyone for your supports and advices.
Lesson Learned = Never dealership except when you need to fix something under warranty.
