First Impressions: Q50 Red Sport 400 Test Drive
Unless they have changed it since this was published in the US the base prices are:
RWD: $48,855
AWD: $50,855
400-HP Infiniti Q50 Red Sport 400 Starts at $48,855 ? News ? Car and Driver | Car and Driver Blog
Which if I could get a brand new Q50 RS400 for $48k with heated sport seats, paddle shifters, and the sport pack w/ adaptive suspension. That is a pretty good bargain in my opinion.

Fully loaded it comes out to around 57k. It's really not a bad deal considering the S4, 340i and c450 can easily surpass that to get similar options. Hell the Jaguar XE which is what I have been eyeing comes out to 60k with all the options I would want. I am hoping to pick one of those guys in that list for less than 40k two years later.
here's a dealer in CA with crazy low pricing on '16 Q50's:

Those who have driven it, is it a nicer car than a 2013 G37x that has a twin turbo, tune, and suspension mods? It seems that's a cheaper way to get more horsepower, all other things being equal. The ability to change suspension on the fly is nice, but I'm just thinking in terms of bang for the buck.
EDIT: I guess it's not a fair comparison until we see the used price on these.

I know to each their own, but who's hows that? If you can't stand the interior how does the HP make it better:?. I'm not saying I could drive a 200 HP car with a great interior but I know I couldn't drive a 450HP car if I hated the interior either, Hell 100% of the time you in the car aren't you LOL what are you to do close your eyes

If its the DAS, Active lane assist, and all the other assists they have these days do most of us really need or want those for that matter? From the reviews on the other Q50s ive seen most of the people on there wouldn't want the car controlling what you do more than you control the car from what I have seen but thats just my 2 cents lol
If I could get a brand new Red sport and throw nav on there for around 50k Id be more than happy to save the extra 7 thousand
What does the $9000 in options get you?
