All I can tell ya is that I had an 07 G35S with wheels that looked "just like those" and we're staggered 18x7.5 front and 18x8.5 rear

I know there are adapters to physically connect an Apple product to a radio input but it requires digging behind the radio chassis. I just use the USB connector in the center console with a 4 GB thumb drive.

I wish I could get my iPad to connect because I have over four thousand songs on it. There are only a couple of hundred on the thumb drive.
I went and bought a new Apple cable, and it works fine now. I was using a off brand cable. Big relief.

G37 Journey standard wheels are square 17", the Sport are 18" staggered. You had to buy a coupe Sport to get the 19" staggered. Of course, that was what was in the brochure.
