Now that It will blend perfectly to the bumper it should change the look of the grill.
You could kind of see it from this picture.
I see alot of people simply painting the outside part, so i decided to try and make the grille and bumper one piece

If by a lot if you mean four or five... sure. OK.

Super curious to see what you end up with here.

It'll end up making "Look" smaller however it will make it look straighter at top and bottom and it will eliminate the 4 spikes at the corners and give it a more 90 deg clean corner look. I'm Excited.

Neat idea, in to see it as well.

For me, big motivator for de-chroming the grille trim was to lessen the visibility of how the corners stick out into “spikes”. Just an odd look IMO. Think I recall reading an article way back in the day that mentioned the grille’s design was meant to invoke a samurai sword...pass on that.

Got 3M Crystalline installed, 40% on front, rear, sunroof - 90% on the windshield. I think it looks pretty sweet!

Custom Exhaust

I got a new Y-back custom exhaust done at Shuman’s Exhaust Care. Good buddy of mine and he does spectacular work. I had both the resonators and mufflers removed, put two 18” body resonators in and replaced the rest with 2.5” pipe. They haven’t fully broken in yet, so I won’t be posting any sound clips just yet, but here’s a few pics. Sounds awesome so far!!

Vibrant, I love the creativity, and the body work looks spot on in these pics. And heck, I love your car... great build.

But my first impression is kind of like something is missing. I get how that's the point though.

Either way... impressive mod. What are your thoughts? Are you done? Do you love it or are your learning to love it?

It almost looks like a body kit. To me, I think it will grow on me, did not really know what to expect. Almost done with the build, saving up for bags.

Oh wow. That's a big deal. I suspect you're going to have fun with that. You're probably thinking about how to customize the trunk for the tanks.

I saw an infiniti that had them mounted up under the rear deck. I have a 12 sub that takes up some space, so trying to avoid having the entire trunk rendered useless
