Thanks! Removing the letters is definitely on the table, I hate all of the lettering. When I was at the body shop they mentioned they could black vinyl all of the chrome window sill's as well black the entire grill minus the logo. Wish they mentioned that when I brought it in to get the spoiler mounted to make it one and done. But its all good, little at a time.
speaking of chrome delete, I'm not sure where I seen the post or link. There was a company called fellers that makes chrome delete tape, looks like regular electrical tape. Yet, it has gloss finishes and others, I was wondering if any one had opinions about this.
@mdigiorgio35: Yep, a cup holder I bought from Japan. Its leather and matches the interior. It fits perfectly. my drinks has a minimum finger gap to my turn signal stalk. lol
@2GoRNot2G: Ugh, I wish I had the money for a flat bottom wheel. For now, the new OEM wheel will suffice. LOL
@hexotic: I will have to see, getting my car ready for UpRev tune on the 26th. Doing oil change, swapping homemade 35HR Manifold, and minor tightening up in engine bay.
I'll let you know tho!
Bought a Snell SA2015 rated helmet for Import Face-Off and subsequent Friday Night Drags. The brand is Conquer and I got it through Amazon (link below). It's made in China, but it has great reviews and I'm happy with the fit and finish.
High-expectations are as much a part of enthusiasm as they are a foil for cynicism. But you'll be happy, I'm sure.
You'll dial it in somewhere that suits the way you like to drive, lock it down and move on. From that point forward your car becomes significantly easier to drive. I suppose the same could be said for where you want to position the pedal height, but it's the nature of the clutch engagement that's more of a big deal than pedal height.
Enjoy, Lego. RJM pedal, short-throw shifter, sport steering, high performance tires... it's a great combination.
Now if I can just get you to screw up the courage for rear gears, your journey to the dark side will be complete.
