bluetooth streaming help

I'm going crazy over here lol. I feel like a jackass posting this but I can't figure this out. My wife and I have both our phones paired to the Bluetooth streaming in our 2013 G. I hopped in it said my phone was connected but then it keeps attempting to connect to her phone. I'm trying to see if there is a solution to this without unpairing the device. I drove all the way to work turned the car off for about an hour, turned it on and it still displays "Connecting to Iphone2."

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. Attempted to research and I can't find someone having the same issue.

Yes, I do it often.

Assuming you have already paired for bluetooth AUDIO (not phone) while STOPPED:
(1) Press settings, bluetooth, audio player, connected devices
(2) Select the phone you want to listen to (stream from)
(3) Enjoy the audio from your phone.

Notes:
When you first pair, the audio may not not play. Turn off car, and turn it back on.

Keep in mind you need to pair the phone TWICE, once for phone functions and once for audio streaming.
