Front End conversion

So, I did the 2009 to 2010+ front conversion, which came out great. However, I wasn't able to find the fog light harness. I looked and I had no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction to find the harness? My original 2009 sport bumper didn't have the fog light. But, I know the harness is there because someone else did the exact same convesion as I did. Everything was re-assembled and works except for the fog lights because they're not connected. I know I had to purchase the harness conversion which I already have now.

You might have to connect them to the fog lights that are in your headlights. That's what I did with my coupe while installing my ipl front bumper.

what you need is an extension cable... your 2009 had fogs in the headlights. so you now need to extend those wires down to the new foglights. its as simple as that

Hey quick question, when you remove the front bumper did you not see 2 harness to connect the fog light ?
I just got my car back from the collision center and they said there's 2 harness one on each side for fog light on my car and its a 2009 g37xs.

There are no harnesses on either side. That is what I thought. I checked thoroughly and there was nothing there. As one of the members said, the fog light is built into the headlights. So, I have to disconnect it from the one that is in the headlight housing. Then, use the conversion harness after it has been extended so I can connect it to the fog lights.

UPDATE: I successufully completed the wiring for the fog lights, since no one actually posted the specific wires that need to be tapped. YOU WILL NEED A TEST LIGHT to make sure you tapped the correct wires. This was from a 2009 G37 sedan. I don't know if other years use different colors. You have to tap the FACTORY harness that is connected to the headlight connector. DRIVER'S SIDE: POSITIVE wire is BLUE; NEGATIVE: BLACK/WHITE STRIPE; PASSENGER SIDE: POSITIVE wire; WHITE/BLACK STRIPE; NEGATIVE wire: BLACK/WHITE stripe

I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYONE'S VEHICLE OR MISTAKE. AS A RESULT, YOU ARE MODIFYING YOUR HARNESS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
