It is essential to choose the correct grade,
quality, and viscosity engine oil to ensure
satisfactory engine life and performance,
see “Capacities and recommended fuel/
lubricants” (P.9-2). INFINITI recommends
the use of an energy conserving oil in
order to improve fuel economy.
Select only engine oils that meet the
American Petroleum Institute (API) certification
or International Lubricant Standardization
and Approval Committee (ILSAC)
certification and SAE viscosity standard.
These oils have the API certification mark
on the front of the container. Oils which do
not have the specified quality label should
not be used as they could cause engine
damage.

. Engine oil with API Certification Mark*2*3
. Viscosity SAE 5W-30

they recommended Esther but you can use synthetic or conventional oil as long has it has these to API Certification's

1. API certification mark
2. API service symbol

I agree with AMNVQ 100% percent here. DO NOT plan on swapping to a 3.7L not worth the money. Have your motor built for either NA higher compression or for a turbo build if you really have the coin. If you were to get for a higher comp NA build at let's say 12.0:1 CR or 12.5:1 CR and bolted and tuned you'd be putting down a lot more power than a 3.7L with the same mods and tune. if you went 12.5:1 bolted and tuned I wouldn't be surprised if you were putting down over 350whp and running in the high 12's. Thing is if you were putting down that much power you might want to upgrade your tranny to a Level 10 but may be able to get away with a tranny cooler and swap out the fluid for some Motul Multi-ATF Synthetic and just be mindful of heat.

Yeah I kinda made that decision to keep mt motor and rebuild the motor to either keep the 3.5 and do a turbo set up or bore to the 3.7 and go turbo. Never had a turbo car and has always been something I wanted. Going to look to see what I need to do and cost to do this. Of course I will be buying internal parts little by little if i decide to go the FI(turbo) and also finding a shop that can do the motor and head re-sizing(most like have to buy a 3.7 head)

I live in South Florida so if anyone knows a good reputable shop that can give me some sort of a game plan on what to start buying or if anyone here has a set up that can assist me.

Just want build a stage 1 turbo set since I have a sedan and not going to be racing it or tracking it.
