Top Speed Pro Y-back exhaust for the 2013 G37 Sedan

Since this system new is about as hard to locate as the dead sea scrolls, I thought I'd let you guys know that I came across these guys online:

Top Speed Pro-1 G35 G37 Sedan 07-14 Performance Exhaust Bevel Edge Tip - Virtue Motorsports

Great price and they claim to have a shipment coming in within 45 days with a few systems that are not committed.

The guy here is actually really responsive as well, which is a first for me as it normally takes these aftermarket guys a week to get back to me.

If interested:

I was just at top speed performance shop Friday and asked about the G37 sedan exhaust. I was told that they are expecting more mid November.

They are going to have 25 beveled tips and 25 of the other.

They are currently taking names if anyone is interested in getting on the list.

He told me they generally go pretty fast after they get them in stock.

I plan on doing 3.69 rear diff swap before getting the y-back exhaust.

Why do they even offer the sh*tty tipped version? The difference is night & day, and frankly, TopSpeed should be embarrassed that that other version is even out there, it's a disgrace, and I'm putting it mildly.

Gotta love their ability to use Exclusivity based marketing tactics to create a loaded queue of eager buyers.

The rolled beveled tips are the nice ones on top, the thin wall straight tips aka cheap as$ cans are on the bottom. (and this is from a 19pg epic thread about the utter disappointment w/ this particular version that was a very "shady" deal from Top Speed during a group buy here)

Strange how these are all of a sudden so rare. Two years ago they could be had for ~$450 with plenty of availability.

Thanks si_driver. I told the folks in Dallas this a few weeks back when I called and they told me that this was not possible and that the system was on nationwide backorder.

Question. Did you consider the Manzo as well?

Manzo Stainless Steel Catback Exhaust w O Ypipe Fits G35 07 08 G37 09 13 rwd V2 | eBay

The two look identical, but this may just be because they are sharing the same set of photos.

The top speed has a bracing bracket on the Y pipe between the exhaust hangers whereas the manzo does not.

I might have to go with virtue since its tax free assuming they aren't in Texas. I live 45 minutes from Top Speed so although they offer free pickup and shipping ill still have to pay almost $50 for tax

About $100 in savings buying from virtue

I run up against the tax issue alot myself since many aftermarket auto and ebay vendors are in CA. Virtue has a great price on these as well. I have not seen the $450 price they were offering the first year. $550 seems to be the going rate now.

Somebody needs to try that J2 setup that socketz linked though, it may be an even better deal. And you don't have to worry about them mixing fart can tips for the good ones since the good ones are all they have.

can you tell from the picture if it will fit the g37x or if it can with a few modifications that wont cost more than the exhaust lol. If so ill be a tester cause I am in the market for an exhaust. Been waiting for one to pop up in the classified but I may be waiting till I'm 22 which wont happen till next year lmao.

All of the Y-Backs discussed here in the thread will work on the X (Manzo/Top Speed). I believe where you need to be careful is when catbacks are involved as the Y-pipe is slightly different on your car due to the extra differential being located in the front. The Y-Pipes on these cars are not a bottleneck, so you should be happy with the Y-back exhausts from the two vendors noted earlier.
