If I make up something you like I'll send you one.
While you're at it make a few if it's not too time consuming, I'm sure there would be 2 or 3 around here that would like them (I may be one, lol).

I just installed mine last weekend. The Fuji is affixed with screws / bolts through the mesh. Not certain if I'll install the larger Fuji yet though I should sell the other mesh grille I gave I suppose.

Once I have the program for the mill created I can make them whenever. I'll be sure to make some extras. Working around my scheduling for the machines for my real work is probably the most difficult part.

Nothing you guys haven't seen already but making progress. Need to talk to a friend who works at an auto body place to see if he can shoot it for me. Haven't had time at work to make something up for the backing of the emblem yet.

Paint and clear is finished, it came out great I was excited to see it complete. Going to let the clear cure for a few more days before install. Still need to affix the emblem and do a final trim on the mesh material. I don't think I'm going to put a backing on the emblem I like it as it is sorry to let you guys down on my offer.

Well the install is complete for now. It looks great but I wasn't expecting the gap up top. It's centered so I can get away with it and after looking at stown's he has it as well but the car is black and not noticeable. I took material off the back end of the grille at the top corners to help ease the fitment and close the gap a little. There wasn't any holes I ended up drilling anywhere. I just used M6 screws to thread through the molded in nuts. I added a few nuts and lock washers to reinforce it. I'm not sure what else I can modify on the grille to help fill the gap besides removing more of the mating surfaces at the four corners.

Removing the material reduces the amount of tension you get when pushing the grille in with the center mount hole. After it's locked down it distorts the top edge.

So very close. Does stownsaint have the same issue, unnoticeable because black?

Except for that gap, it would be perfect. g'luck

When I saw how much it was off by I decided to look at stown's and it does look like it has the gap but the black blends it in. I'll be brainstorming the next few days on a solution. I need a way to reinforce that edge or pull it back to the center tower where the hood latch is so it reduces the distortion.

Ok, I think I got the solution. Tomorrow I'm going to drill a hole in each of the upper tabs and insert a stop in each one for the tension to be placed across a larger distance rather than the single center point. Or it could distort it some other way haha I'll be sure to take pictures.

You're right, he does.

Take your time, OP. Back away from the project for a few days if you have to. Because like I said, you're really close to perfect. At least, it looks that way in your pic.

would a bit of double stick tape at the midpoint help reduce the gap?

Nice!

You guys are spot on about that gap, it's basically a result of how the Mfg uses the mounting points to flex the grille to fit the insert in the bumper cover.

This made me spend a lot of time trying to adjust it, but haven't gotten back to it in a while. I know the corners on mine have too much paint on them, so the fit at the corners can be improved if I sand them down a little. Also, I played around with adding rubber washers to the middle screw, to bump it out a little (if you notice, the gap is made as you tighten that middle screw). Lastly I tried to expand the mounting hole for the middle screw higher, then tried to apply upward pressure to the grill as I tightened the middle screw.

That produced the best result, but not the perfect result (below). Would very much appreciate if you can share what you did if you find a way to get rid of that gap.

^double-side tape is not a bad idea, but I played with that as well, and the area of the grille where that gap is, is held there pretty firmly, so the adhesion from the tape can only do so much.
