Controls on console stopped working

Has anyone ran into this issue?

My Radio, Aux, Disc, Night/Day and Settings button have stopped functioning. Only Info, Status, Back, and Emergency work on the console.

Weirdest **** ever.

I've found some articles back in 2013, but nothing was ever conclusive.

Sounds like the plug behind is no longer connected maybe?

This is an electrical issue. did you check the fuses?

Otherwise its a connection behind the dash.

Has anyone done any body work or possibly audio installation?
