I just happened to notice that the outer rear wheel well liner , where dirt sticks from the tires, does not totally cover the outer edge of the wheel well. Is that normal? I would think during winter time, road salt will easily find its way to get behind the liner and starts to stick on the metal parts and form rust in the long run.

Have you guys check yours? The front seems to cover that area.
