What are my options for hood dent/scratch? Pics attached

Hello,

Thank you for allowing me into the community. This is actually my first post. I am not a "car guy" and frankly do not know what my options are in this situation. I'd love to hear the feedback that everyone has. This is a 2012 Infiniti G37X sedan in the "blue slate" color.

Situation: This is just flat out bad luck. I was driving underneath a bridge as a train was going by up top. A small rock fell out of the train car and landed on my hood just as I was going underneath the bridge. I was probably going ~20 MPH. It causes a few small dents and some scratches/chips. I don't believe this damage warrants any sort of insurance claim, but it is just enough damage to be annoying and I'd like it fixed. Please see the below photos. I included the key in a few of the pics so you can see the size of the damage. I tried to get some angles where you can see the dents as well.

What are my options here? Does the whole hood have to be replaced? Or can it be fixed without replacing the whole hood? I apologize if this is an amateur question. The car is beautiful otherwise!

Thank you all in advance!
-Ryan

I have few bad spots on my front and rear bumper, thats what Chicago street parking will do. But I plan on getting them repainted. You should get carbon fiber hood

Looks like an insurance job to me. Could easily be $1000 and if a new hood...$2000. Paint alone will be $500/750.
Have the insurance adjuster look at it. If I am wrong and it is much cheaper , then you can always tell the adjuster thanks, but no thanks.
