Yep. Couldn't be happier about that.

Truth is, that aspect of the exhaust wasn't on my radar until after it was installed. Then I was like, Hell ya!

Thanks man. It was definitely worth it. I was stuck between this and the newer stillen one, but I figured I might as well go OEM for the price of painting the stillen.

I'm a big fan of the OEM+ look and it's the reason I love your car, John, because of the subtle, tasteful mods you've done so far. But those cans are anything but subtle, IMO.

OK, Liam. I would agree with you except in the case where the cans are a design piece d'art, as are these Sebring Tuning mufflers & tips. If they were Invidia cans, then I'd probably paint them. But the craftsmanship on these components really is outstanding. I don't understand the technique, but there aren't any welded seams visible.

I'm far more impressed with them than I expected to be. And since the tips are of similar quality, and only 4" round rather than some of the larger and more awkward 4.5" tips... well, it's a keeper.

I'm not exactly sure why, but I just love the script on the trunk. It's so cool.

You and me both. I've already said as much to Tony a few times. I think the psychology is akin to having an artist sign a piece of work that he was proud to create, and you're proud to own. It shows off the possession, or the hobby, on a personal level. And I think you're relating to how you assume Tony is feeling when he looks at that signature. That's my guess.

Psychobabble, maybe. It's certainly cool.

Ever since I saw that JTranBuilt signature, I've been wracking my brain for a similar idea, coming up completely empty. Fact is, all my bolt-ons will simply never add up to the level of customization in Tony's car. So the only thing I can do here is less about the car, and more about me... which is an awkward compromise. Forum Screen Name, for example... but even that feels lame. Particularly since mine is the town I live in. So while I would love to implement something similar, it just doesn't work. Or at least, I haven't found it yet.

Maybe someday I will. But probably not. In any event, I get what you're saying about Tony's trunk. It's unique.
