Thanks guys, it's not that tough, but I can understand why the GT-R look isn't for everyone. My GT-R overlays that I had were too dramatic TBH, the tinited paint w/ the templates made it a much smoother transition. Here's a superb GTR version on a coupe. Don't know why it's so hard to take a pic that's an accurate representation of how they really look though.
I'm probably in the minority on this forum but I prefer those to the GTR style any day.
I'm not so sure that you're in the minority.... I actually know very few G owners that prefer the GTR style taillight treatment. I'm one that definitely prefers the cleaner look of a lightly tinted taillight to the GTR style.

Brad's tails are amazing!!!
I do agree that Brad's tails turned out great! I think one of the reasons they look so good on his car is because his car is black, but that taillight treatment would just stand out too much on a white (or light colored) car IMO.

Those look good. The GT-R's I've seen are usually too dark with sharp edges that heavily contrast and don't blend at all.
Thanks blnewt! Had the Z's powder coated, love love love them! Also gotta thank Rochester for the rear window wing from Happybuyitnow! It's another favorite of mine!
