Of course it's under their policy. I have State Farm they bill me personally every month $170. My whole family is on the same policy we have about 5-6 on it. I have no tickets/points on my record. I've been in 2 accidents and have had 3 insurance claims. 1- Rear ended at a red light not my fault. 2. On my older Eclipse I was parked on the street and some lady was backing out of her driveway and hit my car..I was inside at the time of the event. 3. I was stopped at a stop sign and some lady swung in way to hard on the turn missed my front end and clipped my driver side rear fender..

Insurance hasn't spiked my rates for any of the accidents. Some how my 3rd incident the lady somehow won that case when she didn't take any pictures or have evidence from the incident. My insurance still didn't label me at fault for that claim.

29 and married. North Carolina. 100/300 with 8k in medical payments, 500 deductible on collision and comprehensive. For our 2013 G37S and 2006 Lincoln Navigator we pay 1600/year. What's hilarious is that prior to my G we had a baseline 2011 Hyundai Sonata. When we switched to the G (that was triple the value and DOUBLE the power) our insurance only went up $17/month. Absolutely floored how little it went up.

I had an '06 Ford Taurus (bluebooked at about $4k) got wrecked. When I bought my '09 G37xS for about $16k, my insurance actually went down

$786/year. One at-fault 7-8 years ago, long gone I think and one ticket about 2.5 years ago.
